Food is good but service is really slow when eating in

Hong Kong pearl deserves 5 stars why? For it’s hard working staff, they are always busy and there always doing there best to take care of there customers, the food is good. I like the wonton soup,fried rice,chicken and string beans. The lomain is always a hit and miss tho, sometimes it’s great sometimes it taste burnt. Also the ice tea is made there and it’s supper good!!! Shout out to the best servers Benny Jenny and raymon. ALSO ATTN THERE CLOSED ON MONDAYS NOW

The BEST Chinese food for YEARS!! You won't be disappointed!

The place has been around for years. Food is always tasty and reasonably priced. Service is always good. They must do a lot of take out as the line was 10 deep the whole time I was there. It's not in my area but my place to go for Chinese.

Our "go to" place for Chinese food. Always fresh and delicious. We drive here all the way from Jersey (25 mins) when we want the best.

I used to really enjoy thier food. I just picked up Peppered steak with all onions and peppers, hardly any steak. For the 1 hour wait and what you pay, time to find a new place to go!

Great food, good service, good amount of food for the price

Called to order lunch. Whoever took the call obviously either had a bad day or needed to make an emergency deposit in the ladies rooms... 'TUDE! Talk about being to occupied to answer a simple question... - "May i have 2 orders of the generals chicken?" - - "Ok anything else?" - "Is it possible to have one of the orders with white rice?" - - "Anything else?"- "Sorry, but is it possible to have one order with white rice?" - - "anything else?" - "Um, can you tell me if it is possible to do one order with white rice?"- - "Yes, anything else?" If i wasn't hungry and ordering for other people, i would have cut her off on the second "anything else."

Consistently delicious, hot, fresh, they will take special orders with no problem. The lines can get long. And if you are a somewhat regular, you'll know the 30 minute wait is usually close to an hour. Comes with the territory of having the tastiest Chinese food in the area.

Always fresh and flavorful food. Great food, large portions competitively priced. Friendly service! I recommend Pepper Steak, Lo Mein or Sweet and Sour Chicken. Try the Steamed Dumplings too!

This is one of the few Chinese restaurants that has excellent food. On my last 2 visits, I was treated with such hatred. I no longer live in the area (i live in Delaware) and I stop at Hong Kong Pearl when I come to the area. They seem to not be very fond of people of color, which really hurts my heart. They speak so rudely to me, but are very pleasant to people of other ethnicities. Plus, my order wasn't even correct. I didn't even think to check it before I left the restaurant. Anyway, I will sadly not be returning. I have a problem patronizing an establishment that treats me poorly. It's such a shame too because I have been going there over 10 years.

We eat here often and the food is always amazing. Most Chinese food places that I've tried in the past are inconsistent, but the food here is always good. The prices are fair and the service is always above and beyond.

This was awarded “Best in Bucks County 2017” ... will agree to that. Not the best I’ve had though. Its Decent.... House Fried Rice ($10) & General Tso’s Chicken ($14... Not Worth It)

Was looking for a Chinese food place and took a shot on this place. It was better than I expected. Food was good even my reluctant niece enjoyed the food (she wanted panda express).

Great fresh food!! Not too greasy, just right! Always enjoy going inside to have the tea and crunchy noodles. Love this place!

Very low grade chinese choices with bland menue. A great location and mostly friendly staff but don't expect much in taste or quality of food. Lots of people flood in here but they close early and do not like serving.

It was okay. We got seated within 20 minutes but the service was kind of slow. It was crowded so I would say that it was because of the mass of people but I have been going there annually for quite a few years and the service, although not speedy, was acceptable given the amount of diners in past years. Other than that, it was good. The food was good and hot when it came to me and the hot tea was always hot. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars because, all things considered, my experience was good.

Best Chinese in the area. Definitely not healthy, however; it's your classic American Chinese food, but I've never seen them executed better than it is here. When you dine in you get free tea and egg noodles. Prices for specials are also very reasonable.

Very disappointed that the chicken in my chicken with broccoli was rotten. Same for my wife's Sesame chicken was slightly foul taste of rotten chicken. Also was very sweet. This was from a lunch special

When it comes to Chinese Food in this area, this is the place. Eat-in or take out, the food is hot and delicious. The counter staff leaves a little to be desired, but the food more than makes up for the attitude of the order taker for the take-out orders. The wait staff is attentive and makes sure you get your order right off of the stove. This is my "go to" place when in this area.

I really loved their dishes and customer service, great location next to my apartment. The workers are always very friendly. Will come back again.

Best Chinese food in the tri state area !!! I work all over from Quakertown down to Cape may up to New York city . And everyday I go out to lunch . Trying many of Chinese restaurants and this one is hands down the best . I blessed to have such a great Chinese restaurant so close to were I actually live being that I travel so much . I glad it's close and not one of the restaurants that I eat at far away while working. Everything that they have is on a different level.!!
